Col. Margret Southton
The Commanding Officer of Ascention Bay's Defense Protocol, Col. Southton is charged with keeping the city state out of def-con status for as long as possible. The challenge has become all the more difficult with the appearance of the Knights Ascendant in her territory.
Maj. James Foley
Originally from the Central Planetary Command District, Foley was relocated to the U.S.W. district after a suppressed incident. Since then, he has acted as Southton's second in command, though some feel he may have his own agenda aside from the city state's protection.
Capt. Torri Cowan
A survivor from the fallen city state of Halcyon Peaks, Torri is responsable for the defense protocol's communication systems. In regards to the command bridge, his insight is viewed as a good balance to Foley's.
